I m originally from South Wales my father was a scratch left hander, my mother also a left hander shot in the low eighties consistently. I started playing Golf at the age of 12 (I m a right hander), my father would never play with me explained it would hurt his game and just frustrate me he did give me this advice.

If you are not going to be a serious golfer, and just play as a social thing to do with friends and business associates don t try to play with a full set of clubs, trying to pick the right club to play a specific shot ruins more games

for the casual golfer than anything else.
