Nervous About Dancing?

Even as a professional dancer, I sometimes get nervous when I dance. There s a good reason, the body is just bursting to express itself and sometimes the part of the brain that s communicating what you want to say to the rest of the body just hasn t worked out exactly which way to go about it. So you pull a move you re used to, you strike a pose or do the hustle, something familiar, before you move that part of you which is really feeling connected.
